new snack

Nonfat Greek yogurt
chocolate protein powder
sprinkle of nuts

Very satisfying and packed with protein!

Yup, I do this one all of the time. Walnuts are my favorite:)Lately for breakfast I have been doing non fat greek yogurt with a little bit of honey, walnuts, blueberries or strawberries and some kashi cereal on top. Very good and satisfying.
